Mello Yello gets a creamy island makeover with coconut cream, vanilla, and a splash of pineapple. It is like a citrus sunset in a glass, smooth and refreshing without being overly sweet.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz can, coldMello Yello
  • 1 ozCoconut cream
  • 0.5 ozVanilla syrup
  • 1 ozPineapple juice
  • 0.25 ozFresh lime juice
  • pinch for garnishToasted coconut flakes

How to make it

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add coconut cream, vanilla syrup, pineapple juice, and lime juice, then stir until well combined.
  3. Slowly pour Mello Yello down the side of the glass to preserve the fizz.
  4. Give it one gentle stir to create a creamy, swirled effect.
  5. Sprinkle toasted coconut flakes on top and serve with a straw.
