This vibrant mocktail layers sweet mango nectar and creamy coconut over crisp, fizzy Sprite for a taste of the tropics. A drizzle of grenadine creates a gorgeous sunset effect that makes every sip feel like a mini vacation.

Ingredients

  • 12 ozSprite (chilled)
  • 2 ozMango nectar
  • 1 ozCoconut cream
  • 0.5 ozFresh lime juice
  • 1 tbspGrenadine
  • 1 cupCrushed ice

How to make it

  1. Fill a tall glass with crushed ice.
  2. Pour the mango nectar and coconut cream over the ice and stir to combine.
  3. Add the fresh lime juice and gently stir.
  4. Slowly top with chilled Sprite and give it a light stir to keep the fizz.
  5. Drizzle grenadine over the top so it sinks and creates a sunset gradient.
