A creamy cola dream that floats on air

Classic Coca-Cola meets silky coconut cream and a whisper of vanilla for a smooth, indulgent treat. A floating layer of heavy cream creates a beautiful marbled effect as you sip. It is like a soda fountain float reimagined for the modern palate.

Ingredients

  • 12 ozCoca-Cola (chilled)
  • 1.5 ozCoconut cream
  • 1 tbspVanilla syrup
  • 1 ozHeavy cream
  • 1 cupIce cubes
  • 1 pinchFlaky sea salt

How to make it

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in the coconut cream and vanilla syrup, then stir to blend.
  3. Slowly pour in the chilled Coca-Cola.
  4. Gently float the heavy cream over the back of a spoon on top.
  5. Finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt and serve with a straw.
