Pepsi Vanilla Cloud

Your favorite cola just got a velvet jacket.

A creamy twist on classic Pepsi that balances cola bite with smooth vanilla and a pillowy cream float. Sweetness stays mellow so the caramel notes can shine through. It tastes like a soda shop dream in a glass.

Ingredients

  • 12 ozPepsi
  • 1 tbspVanilla syrup
  • 2 tbspHeavy cream
  • 1 tspSweetened condensed milk
  • 1 pinchFlaky sea salt

How to make it

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes
  2. Pour the Pepsi over the ice and stir in the vanilla syrup
  3. Lightly whip the heavy cream with the condensed milk until slightly thickened but still pourable
  4. Slowly float the cream mixture on top of the Pepsi
  5. Finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt

Pro tip: Chill your glass in the freezer for 10 minutes beforehand so the Pepsi stays extra fizzy when the cream hits.
